District Welcome Center Ready to Help With Registration, Community Resources
Posted on 07/09/2018

Parents can register their children at the front office of their child’s school, but for those families that need additional assistance with registration or help connecting with community resources, the Welcome Center is here to assist.

Families who are new to the United States can learn to navigate the school system, understand classes and grades, and can also get connected with medical and dental assistance provided by non-profit organizations. Assistance is available in English, Spanish, Creole, and Portuguese.

The Welcome Center is located in the Ibis Building behind the Fulton-Holland Educational Services Center at 3300 Forest Hill Blvd. in West Palm Beach. The Ibis Building is marked with a large “E”. It is open Monday – Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in the summer and Monday – Friday beginning August 1.
